第一个方法：抖音界面提交申诉（成功率10%）

两个注意事项，特别强调一下：

1、申请投诉机会只有一次。

2、申诉理由不能写的太敷衍，一定要诚恳道歉。

第二个办法：拨打抖音客服电话（成功率20%）

在联系抖音客服之前，您需要准备好您的账号信息和违规行为的具体细节。

1、拨打客服电话，跟客服反馈自己抖音的情况，并请求解封您的账号。（注意：要用抖音注册的手机号拨打）

2、要求客服调查自己的抖音账号，说明违规的情况，请求先给自己账号恢复正常，改为警告。（态度诚恳，参考上方申诉理由）

客服受理后，后面给你的答复如果是不能通过审核，依然永久封禁抖音账号。你可以和她说明要注销这个账号，按照注销步骤给你注销账号后，虽然老号无法解封，但这个身份证就可以注册新账号了。

第三个办法：写邮件（成功率40%）

1、给抖音官方发邮件，邮箱发送到feedback@douyin.com；

2、具体内容格式如下，依次填写：用户名、注册手机号、账户目前情况、申诉原因、申诉请求。

第四个办法：黑猫投诉（成功率50%）

这个办法最好是你的账号有充值记录。

1、打开黑猫投诉平台（https://tousu.sina.com.cn/），注册登录；

2、按实际情况填写你的投诉，并贴上你在抖音上的充值记录；这⾥要注意⼀下，投诉对象是【抖⾳账号中心】，更方便抖音内部定位责任部门。

⿊猫平台受理后，正常情况下当天就会有回复，最迟3个⼯作⽇，抖⾳会做出反馈。

第五个办法：互联网信息投诉平台（成功率70%）

原理：用法律的武器

1、抖音是自媒体最大平台，你不能一句说封号就封号，损害我的合法运营权益；

2、你做了封号的决定，你有义务告知我哪里违规了，拿出证据，遵循“谁主张谁举证”的法律原则。

在《互联网信息服务投诉平台》提交的申诉，抖音官方的人工客服会在5-10个工作日给你反馈。你可以根据身份证号、手机号、平台发给你的投诉码来查看申诉审核进度。

第六个办法：“道上”的办法（成功率99%）

Tiktok's official manual customer service will give you feedback on the complaints submitted on the Internet Information Service Complaint Platform within 5-10 working days. You can check the progress of appeal review according to your ID number number, mobile phone number, and the complaint code sent to you by the platform.
